Plan the day, publish it, and keep grounded vans off it

Station plan, $399 per station per month

The wave board holds one Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) station's plan for one day: waves, routes, staging, the van and driver on each route, and the bag order. Dispatchers build it, publish it, and drivers see their part of it in the driver app.

Build or import the day plan

Start a new plan or copy yesterday's waves and routes, with or without the vans and drivers. If you keep routes in a spreadsheet or export a Cortex route sheet, import it as a CSV or Excel file. The import only ever builds or updates a draft.

Waves, routes, vans, staging and bag order

Add waves with a label and a time, like W2 at 10:25, then routes with the route code, wave, staging and bags, and pick a van and a driver for each.

Grounded vans can't be assigned

A grounded, in-shop or retired van can't be picked, and neither can an associate who is still onboarding or is leaving. The board says why. Swapping two drivers or vans happens in one step.

Publish to drivers

Drivers see nothing until you publish. Publishing stops when a route is blocked, for example by a grounded van. Every change after publishing goes to the driver right away and shows in the plan's change list.
