For Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), a grounded van costs a route. SXT Ops tracks every van's status and every repair order from estimate to back in service, checks the shop's labor rate, records whether AMP is paying, and keeps a follow-up timer on each approval so your team chases it until the van is back on the wave board. AMP is Amazon's maintenance program.

Repair orders from estimate to back in service
Every repair order moves from estimate through approval and the shop to back in service, with the van's status following it. Vendors are kept with their approved labor rate.
Labor rate check
SXT Ops checks the estimate's labor rate against the vendor's approved rate, so an estimate over rate is flagged before anyone approves it.
AMP coverage recorded by your team
Your team records whether AMP covers each repair. SXT Ops keeps that answer on the repair order; it doesn't decide coverage.
30-minute follow-up timer
A repair order waiting on approval carries a 30-minute follow-up timer, so your team knows when to chase it. SXT Ops doesn't contact the shop itself.
Pre-trip failures ground the van
A failed safety item on a driver's pre-trip takes the van out of service and opens a repair order for fleet, with the driver's note and photo. A grounded van can't be assigned on the wave board.
Registration and insurance date warnings
Enter each van's registration and insurance expiry dates, or fill them from a van import. SXT Ops warns you 30 days out and marks expired dates. Retired vans get no warnings.
Fleet invoice checks
On the Station + Back office plan, fleet invoices are checked against your vans and repair orders: charges while a van was grounded or in the shop, charges for retired or unknown vans, duplicates, AMP-covered repairs billed to you, and repairs that finished over the estimate.
