Everything an associate asks dispatch at 9:50, on their phone
Station plan, $399 per station per month
The SXT Ops driver app is built for the delivery associates of Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). It installs from a link you text from your own phone, on any Android or iPhone, with no app store and no account to set up, and it shows only what that driver needs for today's route.

The driver app on a phone shows today's route, wave, staging lane, van and bag order, then a pre-trip where the tires fail with a photo, and the van shows as grounded.
Install by texted link
The link you text them is the install. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.
Today's card
Route, wave time, staging lane, van and bag order, as soon as dispatch publishes the day plan.
Pre and post-trip with photos
The default pre-trip has 14 items, each with a photo when something is wrong. A driver is cleared to go only after a pre-trip with no failed safety item on the van they are taking. A failed safety item takes the van out of service and opens a repair order for fleet.
Works with a weak signal
A pre-trip saved with no signal waits on the phone and sends when the connection comes back. The app says it is waiting and never shows the driver as cleared until SXT Ops has the inspection.
Their own scorecard, hours and write-ups
Their weekly scorecard and hours once you import them, and write-ups once you issue them, which they acknowledge in the app. Owners and managers can hide scorecard or hours.
Running late, can't make it, incident reports
Running late, can't make it, and incident reports with photos go straight to your team in SXT Ops, and someone on your team confirms them.
