One conversation per driver, and announcements you can see were read

Station plan, $399 per station per month

Driver messages keep an Amazon Delivery Service Partner's (DSP's) dispatch talk with drivers in one place instead of a dozen personal phones. Each driver has one conversation with your team, and announcements go to a station or a wave with read receipts.

One conversation per driver

Owners, managers, HR and dispatchers read and answer it in SXT Ops; fleet and payroll don't see it. Drivers can't message each other.

Announcements with read receipts

Send an announcement to a station or a wave and see who read it and who tapped Got it.

Silent on route by default

Push notifications reach the phone when the driver allows them. While a driver is probably on route, a notification is silent by default and says only that a message is waiting.

Texts only with consent

Text messages are optional and need the driver's consent. A driver who agrees gets a text only when they miss a message in the app, never between 9 PM and 8 AM, and can reply STOP at any time. Texts start once SXT Ops has set up the sending number for your company and you turn them on.

A record that stays put

Sent messages can't be edited or deleted. SXT Ops doesn't search, score or analyze message text.

Bring one station. The first 10 DSPs run it free for 90 days.
