Catch timecard problems before payroll runs
Station + Back office plan, $699 per station per month
SXT Ops is not payroll software. Your payroll provider runs payroll and the time clock. For Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) with drivers on long route days, SXT Ops imports the timecard exports you already download and flags the shifts worth a second look before payroll runs.
What imports
Timecard exports from ADP, Paycom, Paychex, Gusto or another provider, as CSV or Excel. One row per shift: associate, date, clock in, clock out, break minutes and hours.
Long shifts, overlapping punches and meal breaks
- Long shift: a shift over 12 hours, by default.
- Overlapping punches: two shifts for the same person on the same day whose times overlap. The overlap is counted once.
- Missing meal break: off by default, because meal rules differ by state. When you turn it on, a shift over 6 hours with no break or a break under 30 minutes is flagged.
How at-risk hours are priced
SXT Ops prices the hours with your hourly cost setting, $22.00 an hour unless you change it, with long-shift hours at your overtime rate. These amounts are at risk, your own cost to check, not money anyone owes you.
