Weekly scorecards on every associate's record
Station plan, $399 per station per month
Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) get a weekly scorecard for the station and its drivers. SXT Ops imports that file, matches each row to an associate, and keeps every week on the associate's record, so a coaching conversation starts from the same numbers the station is judged on.
Weekly scorecard imports
Import the weekly scorecard as a CSV or Excel file. Rows are matched by transporter ID, then employee ID, then exact name. A row nobody matches shows as Not linked until you fix the transporter ID on the associate's profile and import again. Filter a week by standing, from Fantastic Plus down, and open one associate to see recent weeks.
Scorecards in the driver app
Each driver sees their own weekly scorecard in the driver app once you import it. Owners and managers can hide it.
Coaching records
After a scorecard is imported, Coaching lists people whose standing or metrics cross your coaching rules. The default rules are placeholders, not Amazon's tiers; you set your own. Suggestions are only a list. Nothing is created until a person chooses to create a coaching item, records the conversation and sets a follow-up date. Closing an item as escalated doesn't issue a write-up, and drivers don't see coaching in the app.
