Attendance, write-ups, incidents and the claim file

Station plan, $399 per station per month

The people tools give Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) one place for the records a station keeps on its drivers: who showed up for the wave, write-ups, incidents on route, the phones and gas cards they hold, and the file an unemployment claim asks for. SXT Ops records and suggests. A person decides.

Attendance

A daily board shows who was present, late, called out, sent home or a no call, no show. Drivers tell dispatch they're running late or can't make it from the driver app, and someone on your team confirms it. Attendance points are off unless you turn them on, and drivers never see them. Leave you mark as protected is never counted.

Write-ups and acknowledgement

Owners, managers and HR draft and issue write-ups with the policy, what happened and how you know. Dispatchers can't. SXT Ops suggests a level from the associate's prior write-ups, and a person decides. Once issued, the associate reads it in the driver app and acknowledges it. Acknowledging records that they read it, not that they agree, and they can add their own statement.

Incidents and injuries

Your team, or the driver from the app, reports what happened, with photos. SXT Ops asks the OSHA questions and keeps your answers. It never decides whether a case goes on your OSHA log, and a vehicle accident doesn't open a repair order by itself.

Assets and the phone book

Track who holds which phone, gas card, toll tag and key, so offboarding knows what is still out. The phone book lists associates' numbers for the roles allowed to see them.

The claim file

When a former associate files for unemployment, owners, managers and HR export attendance, write-ups, coaching and incidents as one printable file with CSVs. Work injury dates are left out unless you choose to include them, medical details are never included, and every export is logged with who made it.
