For Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), every delivery associate gets one record and a checklist from application to last paycheck. Steps a roster import can confirm, being added to or removed from the Amazon roster, check themselves off. Every other step goes to the person who owns it, who checks it off as the work gets done: HR, ops, the trainer running ride-alongs, fleet or payroll.
Onboarding steps on an associate's checklist are checked off one by one, then a roster import checks off the Added to Amazon roster step by itself.

The two steps a roster import checks off
Added to Amazon roster checks itself off when a roster import shows the associate. Removed from Amazon roster checks itself off when a complete roster import no longer lists them. Everything else is checked off by a person.
The associate record
Everything about one person in one place: checklist progress, roster status, scorecards, timecards, attendance, write-ups, incidents and the assets they hold.
What it doesn't do
SXT Ops tracks these steps. It doesn't pull candidates from job boards or collect hiring forms, and the background check and driving record are steps HR checks off, not checks SXT Ops runs.
