SXT Ops and DailyDSP compared

Updated

DailyDSP and SXT Ops both serve Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), and both work only from the files a DSP downloads, with no extension reading Amazon's pages. DailyDSP is built around getting routes, vans and staging to drivers by text message at a low price per route. SXT Ops covers more of the station: repair orders, fleet and route invoice checks, onboarding and people records, and a driver app with inspections. This page compares the two, with a source and a checked date for every fact about DailyDSP.

Facts about other products checked

Short answer

For a small or mid-size station that mainly wants the morning route assignments sent to drivers quickly and cheaply, DailyDSP costs much less than SXT Ops. If you also want repair orders, invoice checks and people records in the same place, SXT Ops does those, at a per-station price.

How Amazon data gets in

  • DailyDSP: DailyDSP's home page says it works only with Amazon's standard data exports, including the Cortex file and the Day-of-Ops files.

No browser extensions. No API scraping.

  • DailyDSP: DailyDSP takes the weekly scorecard PDFs and lists a maintenance board for vehicles with VIN decoding.

SXT Ops takes rosters, weekly scorecards, route invoices, fleet invoices, payroll timecards and Cortex route sheets as CSV or Excel files, sent by upload, email forward, an upload link from a folder, or the SXT Ops Companion extension for Chrome, which has no access to any web page. It doesn't take PDFs.

Getting the day to drivers

  • DailyDSP: Routes go to drivers by text message after a Cortex upload, people are invited with a phone number, and the driver portal runs in a mobile browser with no app to download.

  • DailyDSP: DailyDSP describes an AI text-message agent that understands plain language, and live text conversations.

In SXT Ops, dispatch builds the day on the wave board or imports a Cortex route sheet, and publishes it. Drivers see their route, wave time, staging lane, van and bag order in the driver app, which installs from a texted link on any Android or iPhone with no app store. The same app runs the 14-item pre-trip with photos that must pass before the van goes out. Text messages to drivers are optional, need the driver's consent, and go only when a driver misses a message in the app.

Scheduling

  • DailyDSP: DailyDSP lists a weekly schedule builder with drag-and-drop shift presets, which SXT Ops doesn't have yet (Planned).

SXT Ops plans one day at a time on the wave board. Weekly scheduling is Planned, not available yet.

Fleet, repair orders and invoice checks

SXT Ops tracks repair orders from estimate to back in service, with a labor rate check, AMP coverage recorded before approval, and a follow-up timer. On the Station + Back office plan it checks fleet invoices against van status and repair orders, and route invoices against your rate card, with evidence and a dispute draft for each finding.

DailyDSP lists a vehicle maintenance board on its home page. We didn't find invoice checks described there; if they exist, tell us at the address below.

Pricing

  • DailyDSP: 25 cents per route per week, with a $25 weekly minimum, no tiers and no setup fees.
