What Amazon DSP operations software costs

Updated

Operations software for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) is priced three ways: per driver, per route, or per station or flat. Which is cheapest depends on how many drivers and routes your station runs, so this page lists each product's published price with its source and the date we checked it, then works out one station's monthly cost at four sizes. At small headcounts SXT Ops costs more than several of these products, and the table shows that.

Facts about other products checked

Three ways DSP software is priced

  • Per driver: a price for each active driver each month. Cheap for a small station, and it grows with every hire.
  • Per route: a price for each route run. It follows your volume week to week, including the slow weeks.
  • Per station or flat: one price whatever your headcount. Expensive for a small station and cheaper as you grow.

Read what each vendor counts. An active driver, a user and an employee are not the same number, and a minimum can matter more than the rate.

We assume routes a day equal to 80 percent of drivers, six days a week, and count only drivers as users or active drivers. Your numbers will differ; put in your own.

What the table shows: at 25 and 40 drivers, Hera, DailyDSP, DSPLite and the DSP Workplace base app all cost less than either SXT Ops plan. At 80 drivers Hera costs more than both SXT Ops plans. The products also do different things, so the cheapest line isn't always the right fit; each comparison page says what each one does.

What list prices leave out

Add-ons, setup fees, annual discounts, veteran and launch offers, and what happens at a second station. Ask each vendor for a written quote at your own size, and check what the trial includes before you start one.

How SXT Ops prices

  • One price per station, with unlimited users and full history, so hiring doesn't change the bill.
  • Month to month, with no notice period, and every list downloads as CSV if you leave.
  • Two plans: Station for dispatch, fleet and people, and Station + Back office for the invoice and timecard checks.
