Keep your Amazon tools. Send the reports you already pull.
Station plan, $399 per station per month
Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) already download rosters, weekly scorecards and invoices from the Logistics portal and route sheets from Cortex. SXT Ops works from those same files. You send them, SXT Ops recognizes each report, you map its columns once, and later files in the same layout import on their own. SXT Ops never signs in to Amazon or reads its pages.

Two report files dropped on the Imports screen are recognized as a fleet invoice and an associate scorecard at 100 percent, their saved layouts apply automatically, and the 32 scorecard rows appear.
How files arrive
- Upload them on the Imports page in the app.
- Forward the report emails to your company's private import address.
- Have Power Automate, Zapier or Make send each new file to your upload link. Make one key per tool, so you can revoke one without breaking the others.
- Use the SXT Ops Companion extension for Chrome. Each morning it shows which reports are still missing and opens the Amazon report page in a new tab when you click. You download the report there, and the extension sends the file. It has no access to any web page.
The six report types
Rosters, weekly scorecards, route invoices, fleet invoices, payroll timecards and Cortex route sheets, as CSV or Excel files.
Rosters feed the associate list and check off the roster steps on each checklist. Scorecards land on each associate's record. Invoices feed payment gaps. Timecards feed the timecard checks. Route sheets build a draft day plan on the wave board.
Map a report once
The first time a report arrives, you check how its columns map and save that as a profile. After that, files in the same layout import on their own.
When Amazon changes a report
If a report's columns change, SXT Ops holds the file for review instead of guessing, and nothing wrong gets saved. A file that would overwrite earlier data waits too. Someone on your team re-maps the columns once, and later files in the new layout go in by themselves.
Nothing goes back to Amazon
SXT Ops has no connection to Amazon's systems and can't change anything there. It only reads the files you send. Route assignments come from the day plan your dispatcher builds on the wave board or imports from a Cortex route sheet.
- Cortex Route sheets you export, imported to build the day plan on the wave board.
- Amazon Logistics portal Roster, weekly scorecard and invoice exports you download, sent to SXT Ops as files.
- ADP Timecard exports you download from ADP import as files on the Back office plan. Exporting approved hours back to ADP is coming, not built yet.
